Product Information

Because of its compact design, the Moffat E22M3 Turbofan® convection oven can be housed on a countertop, and its 2-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs prevent it from sliding. The stainless steel exterior is durable and efficient to clean, while the enameled porcelain interior resists corrosion. To hold product, three chrome-plated, removable wire racks are inside that can accommodate three half-size sheet pans with 25/8-inch tray spacing.
