The Globe GFF35PG gas fryer comes with two nickel-chrome wire baskets and a stainless steel hanger that holds fried food out of the oil as it drains. Its tank has a 35-pound oil capacity and a welded stainless steel construction that reduces the risk of leaking. Because of the fryer's smooth finish, crumbs do not get trapped and instead move into the cold zone—an area that holds debris at low temperatures to prevent burning that can affect the flavor and lifespan of fry oil. For convenient cleaning, the tank can be efficiently drained.Heated by LP gas, this Globe GFF35PG floor-model fryer has a Robertshaw® thermostat that keeps the temperature at a constant level between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature exceeds a safe level, the high-limit thermostat shuts off the gas supply. Suitable for commercial use, this unit is made of stainless steel on its front and galvanized steel on its sides. It comes mounted on 6-inch legs and includes a set of casters for quick installation.
