Reversible two-sided design offers maximum functionality and flexibility. Consistent heat conductivity ensuring uniform results. High heat resistance of 300°C/575°F. 3 layer non-stick PolyFlon coating offers superior release and high durability. Universal fit to all Combi Ovens. Easy to clean, not intended for industrial dishwashers.
